Changes for individuals lodging in the Victorian Register of land from November 2025

Land transactions can be complex. Whether you are buying, selling or dealing with land in another capacity, we highly recommend that you consult a Australian Legal Practitioner or Licensed Conveyancer. From 28 November 2025, individuals will have a simplified range of transactions that can continue to be lodged without a lawyer or conveyancer.
