The Victorian Government Land Monitor (VGLM) is an independent function that gives both government and the community confidence that government land transactions are accountable, transparent and follow legislation.
The role and functions of VGLM are established in the Victorian Government Land Transactions Policy (PDF, 11.0 MB).
The policy and guidelines set out the requirements Victorian Government agencies are required to meet when entering into land transactions.
