Lodgment of paper instrument with the Registrar of Titles (Secure Electronic Registries Victoria)
SERV’s (Secure Electronic Registries Victoria) customer service desk is open to customers not represented by a lawyer or conveyancer (private customers) by appointment only. Please book an appointment via the online booking system. SERV is unable to assist customers without an appointment. SERV's office is based in Docklands, in Melbourne's CBD. The address will be provided to you upon confirmation of your booking email.

Lodge plans, survey-based applications, general law conversions
For the progress of a plan of a subdivision or other instrument, parties are required to subscribe to an alert service. To find a list of title alert service providers, go to Property and land titles information.

Land Use Victoria only accepts initial communication via email or the online form. Please note that the customer contact centre is not able to assist in these queries over the phone.
Service of Court Documents:
The Registrar of Titles accepts service of court documents by email. Service of court documents and enquiries relating to service and to folios of the register affected by a Notice of Action (NARF) must be communicated by email to lv.warrants@transport.vic.gov.au
